Stay with us while you take fascinating classes this spring at Hudson Heritage Farms, just 15 minutes away in Elmo. At the livestock farm’s Farm Studio, you can enroll in the following classes:
May 14:
Medicinal Herbs.
After a discussion of medicinal herbs, we’ll grab our baskets and meander the farm pastures, pond and creeks to identify useful and healthful wild herbs and plants. $40.
June 4:
Soft Pretzel Making.
Learn the proper way to mix dough, roll and twist and bake dough for the classic soft pretzel. $45.
June 4:
Feta Cheese Making:
We’ll use cultures and a combination of cow’s milk and goat milks to make this cheese so popular in Mediterranean countries. $45.
